3 rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
1.5 pood Kettlebell swing, 21 reps
95 pound Thruster, 21 reps
21 Pull-ups

WOW fantastic article! This is what I took from it...
I was thinking of scaling this workout down until reading this; I have a tendency to cut myself short before even attempting what I think I cant do. Its my cross to bear. CHARGE HARD AND FAST!
By the way.. it has become painfully clear the true purpose of "the cruiser"!
